MN Sterilizer PES, the syringe filter for fast, easy, and convenient sterile filtration of aqueous solutions

MN has developed the MN Sterilizer PES as follow-up product of the MN Sterilizer (REF 740400.50). The MN Sterilizer PES syringe filter units are designed to sterilize and remove microorganisms and particulates from aqueous solutions such as biological fluids, culture media, additives, buffers, and protein solutions. Due to the extremely low hold-up volume, these filter units are ideal for applications requiring maximum sample recovery.

The hydrophilic 0.22 μm membrane is constructed from a strong polyethersulfone (PES) polymer with exceptional stability and extremely low protein binding characteristics comparable to cellulose acetate membranes. Due to the special characteristics of the strong polyethersulfone film the MN Sterilizer PES enables a faster flow of liquid through the filter. The single-use filter units are supplied in individual, sterile packages.
