The NEBNext DNA repair, end repair and ligation reagents recommended for use in the original Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ligation library preparation protocols are included in this product, at volumes designed for use in several protocols alongside Oxford Nanopore Technologies SQK-LSK114 & Q-SQK-LSK109 for singleplex ligation sequencing. Please note that the NEBNext Companion Module v2 for Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ligation Sequencing (NEB #E7672) is now available to accompany updated SQK-LSK114 protocols from Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
