Cell Signaling Technology (CST) Earns Best Customer Service Award at the 2016 Life Science Industry Awards (LSIA)

 
DANVERS, Mass -  November 21, 2016 – Honored as a life science leader at the 2016 Life Science Industry Awards (LSIA), Cell Signaling Technology (CST), a worldwide provider of antibodies, received Best Customer Service for its outstanding commitment to antibody quality and customer satisfaction. The LSIA recognizes life science providers in 13 product and service categories and is presented by BioInformatics LLC, the premier market research and advisory firm in serving the life science industry. 
 
Providing exceptional scientific support, CST scientists are available as expert partners to ensure customer projects are handled with specificity, sensitivity, and lot-to-lot consistency. 
 
“Our focus on customer service is part of everything we do as a company,” said Craig Thompson, Vice President Global Operations & Production. “The LSIA awards are particularly important to CST as it represents some of the few industry awards where companies are nominated and chosen by members of the scientific community. As part of our best-in-class customer service, we create high-quality antibodies supporting highly reproducible experimental results.”
 
The LSIA awards survey thousands of scientists to reveal the best in product, communication, and support in life sciences. The survey uses industry best practices in research and methodology as guidelines for the scoring process. 
 
CST is regarded for its successful antibody validation strategies, including application-specific testing, the use of product and application-specific protocols, producing and validating all primary antibodies in-house, and the use of orthogonal or complementary methods to test and validate antibodies. CST was nominated in five categories including Best Customer Service, Best Use of Digital Media, Best Technical Support, Most Useful Website and Best Overall Customer Experience. The annual awards ceremony was held on November 15 in San Diego, California.
