Description

Monarch DNA Elution Buffer is optimized to elute DNA from the silica spin column during purification with the Monarch Plasmid Miniprep Kit (NEB #T1010), Monarch DNA Gel Extraction Kit (NEB #T1020), and the Monarch PCR & DNA Cleanup Kit (NEB #T1030). This slightly alkaline buffer solubilizes and releases the DNA from the column matrix, enabling its use in downstream applications.

Monarch buffers and columns are all sold separately for your convenience.
