Description
The NEBNext Circularization Module for MGI provides reagents and a fast and streamlined workflow for the creation of single-stranded circular DNA libraries compatible with MGI sequencing.The kit uses a splint ligation-based protocol to circularize MGI-compatible double-stranded DNA libraries produced using the NEBNext FS DNA Library Prep Kit for MGI (NEB #9705) and the NEBNext RNA Library Prep Kit for MGI (NEB #9710), in conjunction with the NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for MGI (Dual Index primer Pairs Set 1) (NEB #E9725).
