Office Closure the last week of the year




LEIDEN, November 25, 2024 - We want to sincerely thank you for your support and partnership throughout 2024. As the year comes to a close, we would like to wish you a joyous holiday season filled with peace and cheer. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you again in 2025. Kindly note that the BIOKÉ team will be taking some time off to spend with their loved ones from December 24th, 2024, until January 1st, 2025. We will be back and ready to kick-start the new year with you on January 2nd, 2025.

What does that mean for my orders?

  • Orders received up to 15.00 hours on Wednesday December 18th, 2024 will be processed and shipped (for on-stock products) on December 18th, 2024.
  • Orders received after 15.00 hours on Wednesday December 18th, 2024 will be shipped (for on-stock products) on January 2nd, 2025.


If you contact us between December 24th, 2024, and January 1st, 2025, we will respond to your enquiry from January 2nd, 2025. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you happy holidays and a successful and healthy 2025!
