Important update: Ordering CST and NEB products in 2026

 


As shared in our May announcement, we are continuing the transition of BIOKÉ activities into Cell Signaling Technology. We would like to share the key information that will help you prepare for the changes required to your ordering process, enabling you to continue ordering your New England Biolabs (NEB) and Cell Signaling Technology (CST) products in 2026.

Centralized Ordering Through cellsignal.com

  • What is changing: All CST and NEB products currently ordered via bioke.com will be available through the CST webshop at cellsignal.com.
  • When the change will occur: January 12, 2026.
  • Action required (if necessary): If you don't already have a CST account, you need to register on cellsignal.com by selecting the Register button.

Please note that your order history in the BIOKÉ webshop will not be transferred to the new CST webshop. If you wish to retain this information, you can download your order history anytime by logging into your existing BIOKÉ account. To ensure a seamless transition and to continue serving you in the best possible way, the BIOKÉ webshop will remain active for placing new orders and tracking your order history for several weeks in 2026.


For organisations with integrated webshop connections

If your organisation has an integrated connection with the BIOKÉ webshop, the relevant contact person has been contacted by our B2B team to update this connection so that it links to the new CST webshop. If you have any questions related to this, you can contact your procurement or technical department, or contact us via order.eu@cellsignal.com.


Simplified Product Code Update

As part of this transition, CST and NEB product codes will be updated as of January 5, 2026 with the prefixes "NEB" and "CST" being removed.
Examples: NEB M0386S becomes M0386S, and CST 8144S becomes 8144S
Only the prefix to the product code is changing. Product names remain the same. Starting in 2026, please use the updated product codes without the prefixes when placing your orders.


New support email addresses

Our teams are already available via the following CST email addresses. These will replace the former @bioke.com addresses.

You can also find these contacts on the contact page of cellsignal.com.


BIOKÉ brand transition

All activities are being brought together under Cell Signaling Technology. We kindly ask you to update your internal systems and vendor information by replacing BIOKÉ with Cell Signaling Technology (CST) for CST and NEB products. Our address, trade registration and VAT number will remain the same. All communications in 2026 will come from Cell Signaling Technology instead of BIOKÉ.
