We would like to inform you of an important change to our product offering.
Due to evolving market conditions and a rigorous analysis of our business strategy, we have decided to cease the distribution of products from all our suppliers, with the exception of New England Biolabs (NEB).
As part of this transition, the BIOKÉ commercial team will continue to support you as a dedicated NEB team within the Cell Signaling Technology (CST) EMEA organization. This ensures uninterrupted access to the valuable NEB products and services you rely on. The BIOKÉ brand, however, will be phased out over time.
What this means for you:
We recognize this change may affect our customers differently. If you're using NEB & CST products, nothing changes—your access and support will continue seamlessly. If you’ve relied on other supplier brands through BIOKÉ, we sincerely thank you for your loyalty and partnership. We’re here to assist you during this transition.
