Office Closure between Christmas and New Year



LEIDEN, December 13, 2021 - Thank you for your continued support and partnership in 2021. We wish you a joyous holiday season with peace and cheer in the New Year! We look forward to working with you in 2022. Please note that BIOKÉ team will be offline from December 27th, 2021, through January 2nd, 2022, to allow our employees to enjoy time with their families. We will be ready to start the new year with you on Monday, January 3rd, 2022.


What does that mean for my orders?

  • Orders received up to 12.00 hours (noon) on Tuesday December 21st, 2021 will be processed and shipped (for on-stock products) on Tuesday December 21st, 2021.
  • Orders received after 12.00 hours (noon) on Tuesday December 21st, 2021 will be shipped (for on-stock products) on Monday January 3rd, 2022.

If you contact us between December 27th, 2021, and January 2nd, 2022, we will respond to your enquiry on Monday, January 3rd, 2022. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you happy holidays and a successful and healthy 2022!

 

 

Donation to Xenia

Since a couple of years we have donated to social responsible charities, this year we have chosen Xenia. Founded in 2014, Xenia is the only guest house and hospice in the Netherlands that targets young people, aged between 16 to 40 years, with a life-threatening illness. They are able to receive the intensive medical care they need, in a home environment, where they can enable them to live the way they want! Our donation will be used to help support this home close to home!
